How Canto came to be…
A 'Well Stay', the first of its kind.
A quest for wanting more out of a weekend. It was time for a glow-up, time to put health + happiness first friends so my friends and I began looking for somewhere that worked, but a spa day wasn't enough- it felt too indulgent and far too limited. We looked at retreat options but they were far out of budget. Furthermore, we didn’t fancy the imposed programming let alone sharing our precious time & space with strangers. Canto Wellness was born from a search for a similar space that didn’t seem to exist.
Canto was born to fill a gap. A place to stay amongst nature, to indulge in the good longevity facilities that have been proven to make us healthier, stronger + happier. It’s wellness on your terms, at your pace.
